Mission
The mission of AEMTL is based on three pillars:

1. Strengthening the competitiveness of women entrepreneurs through the promotion and empowerment of women to develop and establish themselves sustainably.
2. Developing the business capacity of women to expand, grow, and identify new opportunities.
3. Supporting the economic development and independence of women in Timor-Leste.
