President
Hergui Luina Fernandes Alves
Hergui Luina Fernandes Alves is the president of the Timor-Leste Business Women Association (AEMTL) the vice-president of Promotion and Corporations at Timor-Leste Chamber of Commerce (CCI-TL) and the Director of Nova Casa Fresca Unip. Lda. She has spent 15 years dedicated to women’s empowerment and focuses on the high female unemployment rate. Her business, Nova Casa Fresca Lda (NCF) began as a group of eight families and has expanded to over 150 households, which consists of 53% women. Due to NCF, these households now have a stable income, which has led to women’s empowerment through economic independence. Hergui, NCF’s projects include measuring women’s involvement in Agribusiness. Today, as President of AEMTL Hergui dedicated herself has dedicated to work with her dynamic teams to leading change in Timor-Leste private sector landscaping and strengthening women economic empowerment. Her contribution towards women's empowerment make their existence more visible and their voices and contributions to the country's economy are counted. It also leads to improvement in her personal career. Hergui is trusted to be a member of CNAR in BNCTL (permanent commission for nomination, evaluation and remuneration), is a member of CNT (National Labour Council) and is Presidente do the Board of Millenium Challenge Corporation (MAC-TL, IP). In addition to NCF, Hergui owns a construction and general supplier company namely Oceania Unipessoal Lda.. The company has offered quality of services to its customers through implementation of international standards and professionalism that suit the local context.

Vice President for Empowernment & Institutional Strengthening
Jacinta Abu Cau Pereira
Jacinta Abu Cau Pereira is the Vice President of AEMTL for Empowerment and Institutional Strengthening and is also the Vice President of Timor-Leste Chamber of Commerce (CCI-TL) for Women Economic Empowerment. She is from Balibo, Timor-Leste. She has been awarded a master’s degree in law at UNPAZ and a bachelor’s degree in Social Science at UNPAZ. Jacinta began her career as Director of an orphanage called Lar D’O Bom Samaritano Lauala-Ermera in 2006 until 2010. In 2012 she was elected to be the President of Commission “D” in Economics and Development within the National Parliament of Timor-Leste. Shortly, after her political term she Joined and AEMTL and continue with CCI-TL. She was also one of the Lead Trainers for “Get Ahead Module” granted upon completing her training and assignment through Spotlight Program for Inclusion and Women Entrepreneurship Development under partnership of AEMTL, CCI-TL & ILO international. Jacinta wishes to increase her understanding in business to improve the associations financial needs as well as her own business development.

Vice-President External Relations and Business Promotion
Bonciana Gorrete Monteiro
Bonciana Gorrete Monteiro is originally from Lospalos, Timor Leste. She attended UNIKA WIDYA MANDIRA UNIVERSITY in Kupang, majoring in Faculty of Law, and began her career as the director of her own company named QRRAZ Unipessoal. QRRAZ currently running as a private Construction, Electricity and General Supplier in Timor-Leste. She Joined AEMTL in 2015 and recently as a Vice president of EXTERNAL RELASIONSHIP and BUSINESS PROMOTION she’s here to promote the business of entrepreneurs and attend important meetings related to this association.

Vice-President for Agriculture and Social Affairs
Maria de Fátima Belo
Maria De Fatima Belo I.C.C. Belo is from Baucau, Timor-leste. She began her career as a private contractor in civil construction from 1991 to present, and currently she is the CEO of her company (Nautetu UNIP, Lda). Maria became a member of AEMTL in 2012. During her membership with AEMTL she was also appointed as vice- president of Comission G within the 2015-2017 parliament. After her term with the parliament, she began dedicating her efforts to the association and was elected Vice-President of the Agriculture sector in 2017 until now. Maria wishes to improve the association’s business management and skills to further their influence in businesses that promotes locality within the agriculture sector (i.e.: cultivation, sustainability, fisheries, livestock etc.).

Vice-President of Infrastructure and Natural Resources Affairs
Maria Carla Gonçalves Tilman
Born in 1973, has educational background in Management Informatics at Bina Nusantara University (BINUS) in Jakarta. Started her career in year 1994 as an Account Executive at PT Rimbadana Brokerindo Jakarta then continued her career in 1996 as a Marketing Manager at Mira Furniture UBUD, Bali and year 1999 she joined International Organization Migration (IOM) in Jakarta. In 1999 she also joined with UNWFP as Data Commodity Processing Analyst (COMPAS) base in Dili, As a Business Consultant at Hotel Dili 2001 and year 2004 established Arvec Group Lda. She is the first person who received certificate investment from IADE as local investor. 2023 as a Vice President of Infrastructure and Natural Resource of Women Business Association Timor-Leste (AEMTL) , President of Women Business Construction Timor-Leste (AECTL) and Vice President for Cooperative at Chamber of Commerce Industry Timor-Leste(CCI-TL).

Vice-President of Tourism and Commerce
Ana Paula Torres Godinho
Ana Paula Torres Godinho, is the Vice President of Commerce and Tourism at AEMTL. She is the director of TENIZILAX Unipessoal Lda which operate her activities in the area of cleaning services, construction, electrical work, and general supply.  Paula is involved in AEMTL since 2010 until now. From last mandate she is responsible as member of secretary and one of Vice President for Timor-Leste Chamber of Commerce for the Conference and meeting organizer. Paula fills the total satisfactory joined AEMTL, especially in the way of AEMTL providing opportunities for women from different business field to implementing value chains activities and supporting each other business. She starting her entrepreneurial journey in 2006, which initially focusing on her company and family. After Involving with AEMTL, Paula’s doing her business and play her role in AEMTL with the principle and mission that “its ordinary if we can do the good things for our self and its extraordinary if we can do good things to others”.

Sandra F. Alves do Rego
Sandra F.Alves do Règo is from Manatuto, Timor-Leste She began her career as a private contractor in civil construction from 2004 to present and is currently the Director of the company Rafflesia Unip. Lda. Sandra became a member of AEMTL in 2008. During her membership she was also appointed vice president of AEMTL at 2012-2014. After her term she began business management and skill to the further her influence in business the promotes locality creative of tais and general supplier etc.

Vice President of the Tertiary Sector
Ana Gama Lobo
Ana G.C. Lobo was born in Lacluta. She decided to follow her academic aspirations academic at the tertiary level, where she successfully attaining her bachelor's degree in 2000. In 2004, she took a significant step by founding Visio Dei, her venture focusing on catering services, general supply, and construction. Overthe years, her company has demonstrated resilience and growth, remaining prosperous to the present day. In 2020, she accepted the responsibility of serving as the Vice President oftheCharismaticCatholic Community in the Bekora parish, a position she has held since then. Furthermore, in 2021, she expanded her involvement by assuming the position ofCoordinator within the Catholic Women's organization in the Bekora Perish, a role she continues to fulfill with dedication. Currently, she actively participates as a member ofthe AEMTL organization, contributing hertime and efforts to its objectives and initiatives

Leontina dos Santos Miranda
Leontina dos Santos Miranda grew up in Ermera Timor-Leste, she graduated from Udayana University in Bali Indonesia, with a bachelor in Agriculture. She spent 10 years in America working in the Food and Beverage Industry. Afterwards she moved back to Timor-Leste where she participated in redeveloping the infrastructure of the new country by starting her own business called Royal Timorese. She also facilitated training for rural woman and youth to prepare them for their own local businesses in regard to home industry products (Tais). Leontina become a member of AEMTL in 2010 and she’s currently the coordinator of AEMTL Secretariate. She wishes to contribute her knowledge in her previous work experience to enhance the group’s capabilities in their future businesses

Frederica Rosa
Frederica Rosa is one of the AEMTL’s (Associação Empresarial das Mulheres de Timor-Leste) members known as Ujuh, Frederica become a member of Timor-Leste Business women Association (AEMTL) in 2021 Through her network at present she is one of the Secretary for AEMTL Executive Council Member . Beside that she works casually as Researcher and Research assistant with academics for university of (Royal Melbourne Institute Of Technology), Starting from 2012 ongoing to this day. Regarding her work, Frederica also Presented a couple of times at TLSA Conference. According to her experience, knowledge and understanding of working with International community it’s lead her to a business department. Currently Frederica is Director And manager of Arsa Rosa Felix Unipesoal LDA. Frederica’s business is mainly focused on Employees young Timorese who are on their path to self-support their study. As a young Entrepreneur she also had an opportunity from UNDP to represent her beloved Country of Timor-Leste, becoming co-author for the “WE HAVE A DREAM” book, leading to her business. On top of all, Frederica is completing being a full-time student, studying Business Management, to advance her business skills, at DIT University.

Ana Borges Fátima
Ana Borges Fatima recently work as the vise Secretary of Timor-Leste Bussiness Association (AEMTL) . She has graduated from Timor-Leste National University and had a Bachelor Degree in Agriculture specializing in Agro Socio Economy. Before joining Timor-Leste business women association ( AEMTL) . in 2015 ana has a small farming Vanilla, Cloves and Pepper bussiness at Balibar Dili. Due to lack of capital to expand her small businesses ana has decided to work to earn capital to expand her small farming business. Ana has gaining experience by attending training provided by the Association and finally in 2018 she's established her own Company named Misajoma Unip.Lda
